Since it was founded in the year 2000, the Linup Front GmbH has established itself as a market leader in the area of Open Source and Linux training. At the time being, it employs about 20 permanent staff members. The company acts exclusively as a subcontractor in the IT service field and offers three product lines to its business partners:
Since years well-known IT training centers and IT service providers make use of our pool of permanently employed certified trainers and consultants. The competence of the Linup Front GmbH is certified by the partnership with Novell. The company is a "Platinum Partner Solution Provider for Linux". Linup Front is also one of the currently ten institutional members of the LPI Central Europe Association (LPI e. V. Central Europe). The Linux Professional Institute supports the development and translation of independent, internationally recognized qualification standards in the Linux and Free Software areas.(LPI)
Our training and consulting services are based on strong partnerships, deeps roots in the Open Source and Linux communities, and far-reaching experience in Open Source projects. Our teaching media and course textbooks are certified by the LPI (LPI-ATM). They are distributed in English and German language and they are some of the most widely read documents on this topic--world-wide. Our pricing model is based on the Human Development Index (HDI) of the United Nations (UN) and guarantees fair prices in all places of the world.
