The internet is a fixed part of the everyday work of every Linux
system administrator. This course builds on the "Linux System
Administration II" course and the corresponding LPI exam. It extends
the knowledge of the configuration and operation of Linux-based
networks and the integration of Linux machines into existing
local and wide-area networks. You will learn how to configure
Linux for WLANs and use powerful tools to locate errors in
networks and fix problems. You will get a solid basis for the
configuration of Linux-based DNS servers and virtual private
networks based on OpenVPN.
Prerequisits: LPIC-1 certificate or equivalent knowledge of the
material of the "Linux System Administration II" course
