One of the central resources of the Linup Front GmbH is its
readily available pool of trainers. It is the largest pool
of its kind and promises extraordinary performance.
Permanently Employed Trainers
All trainers that we send to our custoners are permanent
employees of Linup Front. From the beginning this was one
of the most important principles of our business philosophy.
It is the basis of our success and the reason why we have a
good reputation in the Linux industry.
Because our trainers are permanent employees, we can offer
the high degree of flexibility, availability and quality
that is described in the following.
Flexibility
Flexibility means that we can manage schedules in a very flexible
way. You need personnel for a course at short notice or you need
to postpone a course for a week? These are no problems to us. When
push comes to shove, we are capable of running multiples courses
in a week. When course load is low we may offer special prices for
courses where not all seats are taken.
Our motto is "no is not an option". All requests will be dealt
with in a constructive way.
Because we do not need to make agreements with freelancers regarding
dates and prices, we can fix appointments at an instant. We do not
just dispatch services, we are the final link in the chain.
Availability
If one of our colleagues should be unable to conduct a course, we
will send you another trainer. Your course will be safe and you
do not have to deal with the details.
Quality
The trainers of our pool are specializing in different areas, so
we can choose the best trainers for individual requests. Before
a course takes place our colleagues of the resource and qualification
management discuss whether a trainer has the necessary qualification
to conduct that course. Internal training, qualification, and
certification are important parts of our quality assurance.

This team can handle even the most advanced requests. Trainers of
