Linux 2 in 1 - System and Network Administration

More and more Linux systems get installed, so there is an increasing
demand for system administrators who can manage Linux systems. Only
persons who really know an operating system can configure and operate

operation of the system and the way it work under the hood. The most
common distributions will be compared to each other. The course will
explain the use of various administrative utilities as well as means
of solving critical problems with a minimal set of tools. It focuses
on aspects of user management, system operation, and troubeshooting.
It also offers a brief introduction to networking basics and explains
the installation of local Linux networks in detail. There will be lots
of practical examples. The networking section covers fundamental
principles of networking as well as practical aspects of the various
networking services.

Audience: system administrators and administrators of small networks
with LAN experience on other operating systems.
